Charges were filed Wednesday against a Tulsa man who is accused of setting a hotel room on fire and fighting with hotel guests last week.
Jamal Evan Frazier, 24, is charged with first-degree arson, malicious injury to property, obstructing an officer, resisting an officer, and assault and battery, Tulsa County District Court filings show.
Prosecutors allege that Frazier set fire to a room at America's Best Inn & Suites, 3509 S. 79th East Ave., last Friday.
He is also accused of running around the hotel, dumping trash and fighting with guests, a police report says.
Frazier then used a fire extinguisher to attack a man, police allege.
As officers tried to arrest Frazier, he attempted to bite and kick them, the report says.
He remained in the Tulsa Jail on Wednesday night in lieu of $22,220 bond.
