Margaret Adams Toni passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012, surrounded by family and friends. Margaret was born on July 31, 1938, to Steve and Bessie Adams, raised in Colony, Oklahoma. She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Margaret is owner of Toni’s Hairlines and recently celebrated 45 years as a hairstylist in the Tulsa area. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, two sons; Darrell Dougan and Danny Dougan. A beloved granddaughter, Danielle Dougan. Three brothers; Freddie Adams, Eldon Adams and Frank Adams. One sister, Ester Garcia. Margaret is survived by her husband, Gene Toni of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; daughter, Tammie (Bob) Blessing of Broken Arrow, OK; Stepson, Jebb Michael Hurd of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Chris Isaacson of Dallas, TX, Malinda (Jake) Silva of Broken Arrow, OK, Megan Hurd of Tulsa, Allison Hurd of Colorado Springs, CO. Four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Five brothers; Art Adams of Moreland, OK, C.D. Adams of Clinton, OK, J.R. Adams of Anderson, MO, Jimmy (Margaret) Adams of Clinton, OK, Albert Ochoa (Glenda) of Colony, OK. Two sisters; Mary Ruth Schultz (Golden) of Manistee, MI, Faye McElroy of Wichita, KS. Visitations will be 4-7 pm, Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, OK. Funeral service will be at 10 am, at St. Matthews United Methodist Church, Tulsa, OK. Interment will follow at Red Top Cemetery, 3 pm, in Colony, OK. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Matthews United Methodist Church.
