Two men fired shots during a pharmacy robbery Thursday night.

A man entered the Med-X at 4423 Southwest Blvd. around 8:45 p.m. and fired a shot into the ceiling, police said.

The shooter then jumped over the pharmacy counter and stole prescription cough syrup before fleeing on foot, Officer Leland Ashley said.

A second man, who was outside the store, fired shots at a woman talking on her phone in the parking lot, Ashley said.

The men were wearing “Jason-type” hockey masks, and one was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and jeans. A red Ford Focus was seen speeding from the area a short time later, police said.
