Union offensive lineman Blake Mejia became the second Redskins player in as many days to commit to the Tulsa football program.
Mejia made his commitment Friday during a live interview on the Sports Animal Tulsa 97.1 FM.
On Thursday, Union defensive end Dalton Rodriguez switched his commitment from Oklahoma to the Hurricane.
Nine of Tulsa's 18 committed recruits are Oklahomans.
Mejia, rated as a two-star recruit by Rivals.com, was selected as third-best offensive lineman in the Tulsa area in the World's preseason All-World rankings.
Verbal commitments are non-binding. National Signing Day for college football is Feb. 6.
