A man was in good condition after he was shot during a dispute between neighbors Monday evening, authorities said.
Johnny Six, 48, was shot in the hip during a dispute over property with 38-year-old James Sawyer, a Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy said.
The shooting happened about 6:25 p.m. in the 5400 block of South 65th West Avenue.
Deputies recovered from the scene a shotgun that belongs to Sawyer, who is expected to be held on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon, authorities said.
Six was taken by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, authorities said.
