Police discovered two stolen vehicles behind a Tulsa residence after a shooting early Tuesday.

A 30-year-old woman was shot in the back outside of a residence near Robertson Elementary School, 2721 W. 50th St., around 12:30 a.m., police said.

She had been standing outside with several other people when she told them to run, Officer Jill Roberson said. Several rounds were fired at the house, and the woman was shot in the back while attempting to run inside.

She was taken to St. Francis Hospital.

Investigators discovered the woman had been in an argument with the suspected shooter, a 30-year-old man being sought by police, Roberson said.

Police also found and recovered two stolen vehicles in the residence’s backyard.
