Charges were filed Wednesday against a Tulsa man on allegations that he robbed a store while wearing a ski mask and carrying a weapon last week.
Steven Lind Cole, 53, is charged with one count of robbery with a firearm and a single count of assault while masked or disguised, according to Tulsa County District Court filings.
Cole is accused of robbing the Check-N-Go business at 4963 S. Union Avenue on Dec. 12., police said.
A clerk told police that a man walked into the store wearing a green ski mask and armed with a BB gun and demanded money from the cash register, police said.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the man fled.
Cole was captured by police in the 1600 block of East 34th Street on Dec. 13, jail records indicate.
Cole remains in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
