Before the people of Colorado and Washington states go hog-wild over the legalization of marijuana, they might want to check on their companies' reaction. I predict that there will be a rise in unemployment in those states and a rise in frivolous lawsuits generated by the belief that "it's legal." And then wonder "why was I fired for violating drug policy?"
I am not commenting on the right or wrong of legalization. I am just saying investigate possible consequences before lighting up on Saturday because on Monday you might fail a random test.
