2012 All-Metro girls cross country capsules

Freshman • Bartlesville

Fifth at 6A state (11:40.17). Had five top-three finishes, and 10 top-10 finishes.

Junior • Jenks

Ninth at 6A state (11:41.36), helping Jenks to state team title. Had three top-three finishes.

Senior • Ponca City

Had two wins, and seven top-five finishes, including fourth at state (11:39.75).

Senior • Tahlequah

Won 5A state (11:48.10) for her third individual state crown. Had two other wins and five top-three finishes.

Junior • Lincoln Christian

4A state runner-up (12:18.25). Had three top-two finishes, and one win.

Senior • Metro Christian

Led team to 5A state title with a runner-up finish (12:02.94). Had three top-three finishes.

Senior • Beggs

Had four wins and was second at 3A state (11:29). Finished in the top three eight times.

Coach of the Year • Jenks

Led Trojans to second state title in three years. Had four runners finish in top 18.
