So far our winter weather has been far from frightful. The temperatures have been relatively mild, even T-shirt weather at times.

Maybe it's not quite time to satisfy your sweet tooth with hot chocolate.

We sought out the seasonal flavors of some frozen desserts at five local places so you can enjoy a chilly sweet treat.

Mods Coffee and Crepes

Rusty Rowe always has fun coming up with new flavors of gelato to serve at his restaurant downtown at 507 S. Boston Ave.

This year his seasonal flavors are peppermint, garnished with a peppermint candy, and eggnog, dusted with nutmeg.

CherryBerry

At CherryBerry, you can enjoy the yummy seasonal flavors of Olde Candy Cane, Eggnog, Hazelnut and Chocolate Mint.

In Tulsa, CherryBerry is located at 4715 E. 41st St., and it also has locations in Broken Arrow, 1340 E. Hillside Dr. and 4605 W. Kenosha; Glenpool, 12152 S. Waco Ave.; and Owasso, 9046 N. 121st East Ave.

Yolatti

Yolatti is featuring frozen yogurt in several seasonal flavors including Candy Cane, Divinity, Traditional Egg Nog, Pumpkin Patch, Gingerbread House and Cookie/Shortbread.

Find Yolatti at King's Landing Shopping Center, 9918 Riverside Drive, and 3346 S. Peoria Ave.

Braum's

Gingerbread, Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Chocolate Chip ice creams are available by the dip or 3-pint carton. Braum's has several locations in the Tulsa area. Find them at Braums.com

Freckles Frozen Custard

At Freckles, pumpkin custard is one of the most popular seasonal flavors, but they offer custard in peppermint and pistachio flavors, as well.

The frozen custard flavor can also be made into pies and cakes. There are four locations in the Tulsa area, 9607 E. 71st St., 5138 S. Harvard Ave., 4925 E. 21st St. and 12808 E. 86th St. North.
