What a joke. "Barney Fife Doak" wants us to believe all his new unnecessary wannabe cop toys are not being paid for by the state taxpayers. Who the heck does he think is paying the bill for the millions of dollars his department spends chasing down all that ill-gotten money? Since we finance his collection activity as taxpayers, that money is ours and should go to the general fund.
It's obvious Insurance Commissioner John Doak thinks he's special and I cannot wait for him to move further up the political ladder so we can enjoy some more laughs.
