Architecture

W Design hired Anthony Chau as a designer. He is working on his bachelor's in architectural design at Oklahoma State University.

Selser Schaefer Architects promoted Britton Howerton and Jeffrey Thomas to associates. Howerton's work includes Tulsa Community College Center for Creativity, Church on the Move's auditorium and campus renovations, as well as Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa Hardesty Arts Center. Thomas has worked on the Morton Comprehensive Medical Center, Broken Arrow Animal Shelter and Tulsa Zoo Renovations.

Career development

Career Development Partners announced Russ Knight and Debra Arntsen joined the firm. Knight joined as client relations and business development director. Arntsen joined as senior career consultant.

Education

Tulsa Public Schools hired Louann Buhlinger as manager of school and community relations. She has a journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Tulsa Community College President Tom McKeon has been appointed to work with Gov. Mary Fallin as a new member of the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development.

Mortgage

PrimeLending added Michael Gresh as a branch manager. He has a bachelor's in business management from Gannon University.

Nonprofit

Tulsa CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) board of directors elected Delise Tomlinson president for 2013.

Real estate

Williams & Williams promoted D.C. Roberts to vice president of sales for distinctive, charitable trust and international properties.
