For more OKC Thunder stories.
Other than the All-Star break, this is the Thunder's longest gap between games this season.
Is the four-day interval good or bad before OKC plays at Miami on Christmas Day? Is it good because it's a chance to rest and spend time with family and friends, or bad because the Thunder's last outing was a 99-93 loss Thursday at Minnesota that snapped a 12-game winning streak?
"I think it's good," coach Scott Brooks said after Saturday's hourlong practice session. "We don't put a lot into whether we win or whether we lose (our most recent game). ... I think it's always good to have rest between games. We can kind of rejuvenate the soul and come back with a fresh approach to the next game."
Feeling the Heat: When preparing for the Heat, will Brooks review last year's NBA Finals that the Thunder lost 4-1, or will he solely concern himself with what Miami is doing this season?
