Congress is in a stalemate over the budget. Why does it not consider foreign aid? As of 2010, the U.S. spent from $2 trillion to $3 trillion in foreign aid, to countries such as Mexico, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Russia, and 20 others for a total of 25 nations, many of which are our enemies.

Does Congress think we can buy friendship?

These should be cut before any cuts at home are made.

As for Social Security, the Reagan administration cut the postal workers' Social Security down to 40 percent of what they had earned, because they also draw a civil service check. Is that fair? No other retirement plan does this.
