Oklahoma's Stacy McGee was arrested early Monday morning on complaints of driving under suspension and DUI.

McGee, a senior defensive tackle from Muskogee, was booked into the Cleveland County Jail at 1:20 a.m. He bonded out of the facility before 8 a.m., according to the sheriff's public information officer, Meghan McCormick.

McGee refused to take a breathalizer test at the jail, McCormick said.

In a statement, Sooners head coach Bob Stoops indicated that he is aware of the situation and will address the matter after all pertinent information is available.

McGee is the third OU football player to be arrested this month. Wide receiver Jalen Saunders and defensive back Cortez Johnson were arrested for possession of marijuana complaints on Dec. 2.

McGee missed the season's first six games while serving a suspension for a violation of team rules. He has played in the season's second half, logging 14 tackles and one sack.
