Mom left this world Saturday, December 29, and entered into eternity with her Savior Jesus after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. She was born in Tulsa December 27, 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband – Harold Glory, her parents, Phillip Dodson and Ruby Clark along with her step-father Robert Clark. She is survived by her pillar and last love of her life, Mel Ditzler, her two sons – Jason and Cody McGuire along with their wives, Erin and Heather and 8 grandchildren – Connor, Dacia, Elijah, Lydia, Sariah, Ella, Jeremiah, and Isaiah. She is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Phylis and Larry Froese, and two brothers, Mike and David Dodson, along with 4 dear sweet nieces – Michelle, Christy, Brandi and April and their families. She loved her family and friends and spending time with them was very special to her. More than anything, she loved the Lord who she considered to be her greatest treasure. A memorial service celebrating the life of Linda will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday January 2nd 2013 at Rose Lawn Missionary Baptist Church, 6610 E. Latimer Pl. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Linda Glory Memorial Fund – Red Crown Federal Credit Union, 5001 E 91st St, Tulsa OK 74137. Donated funds will go to support Esophageal Cancer Education and Research. This obituary was published in the Tulsa World on 1/1/2013.
