Police are seeking information about a December purse snatching.
A woman was returning to her residence in the 5000 block of South 76th East Avenue around 7 p.m. on Dec. 13 when she was assaulted and pushed to the ground by a man who took her purse and ran, police said.
The suspect is described as white, 6 feet tall and between 150 and 175 pounds. He appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s. A second white man reportedly fled the scene with him, according to a news release.
Investigators on Wednesday released surveillance images from the Walmart store at 6625 S. Memorial Drive of three people using credit cards from the stolen purse.
Anyone who can identify those seen in the photos is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677), online at tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers or via text message at CRIMES (274637). Text tips should begin with “Tip918.” Tipsters can remain anonymous and may earn a reward.
