OKLAHOMA CITY - A man who ran into the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge looking for help was arrested instead.

An Oklahoma City police officer was eating lunch Tuesday at the lodge at 1624 S Agnew Ave. when he saw a man banging on the glass window, bleeding from his hand and smearing blood on the door, according to the police report.

Modesto Rodriguez Villa, 59, told police he was being chased by two men and cut his hand while jumping a fence during the chase.

Villa told police he and his wife were arguing when her brother-in-law came over and pointed a small black semi-automatic gun at him. Villa said he went to a neighbor's house to call 911 and that's when the two men started chasing him.
