OKLAHOMA CITY - A woman was found dead on the front lawn of a southwest Oklahoma City home, and the man accused of killing her was arrested at a Del City convenience store, police said.
About 2:30 a.m. Saturday, a caller to police reported a woman who had been either shot or stabbed in front of 2831 SW 63. The woman died at the scene, Lt. Kevin Parton said.
The woman's name was not released.
Investigators determined that a man the victim knew had been at the home, and he was spotted by Del City police about 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the 7-Eleven on the Tinker Diagonal at Scott Street, Parton said.
