A Tulsa man who is accused of fatally shooting a 31-year-old man outside a Glenpool Walmart in October was charged with murder and arrested Tuesday.
Robert Andrew Whitt, 27, was arrested in Tulsa about 8:30 p.m. by Tulsa County sheriff’s deputies and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents, the OSBI reported.
Whitt is accused by prosecutors of shooting Mark Coble, 31, of Glenpool behind the Walmart at 12200 S. Waco Ave. on Oct. 11.
He was charged Tuesday with first-degree murder and feloniously pointing a firearm, Tulsa County District Court filings show.
Investigators believe that Whitt and Coble were among two groups of people who were fighting before the shooting, and other arrests are imminent, the OSBI said.
Whitt was being booked into the Tulsa Jail on Tuesday night.
