Police seek man 'known to frequent' area near 61st and Peoria

The Tulsa Police Department’s homicide unit is looking for a man wanted on a domestic assault and battery warrant who is “known to frequent” the area near 61st Street and Peoria Avenue.
Tulsa Police spokeswoman Officer Jillian Roberson said she could not say whether or not the person is related to the quadruple homicide Monday at an apartment a few blocks away from the intersection.
Police are looking for 33-year-old Joseph L. Tillman.
Tillman is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
