Man threatens Oklahoma City veterinary hospital after cat's death

OKLAHOMA CITY - A man made threats against the staff of a veterinary hospital where his cat died, Oklahoma City police reported.
Fred William Meyer, 68, was arrested Monday on a complaint of threatening an act of violence.
Police were called to Neel Veterinary Hospital, 2700 N MacArthur Blvd., about 8:30 p.m. Monday, according to the incident report.
Veterinarian Tina Neel told police Meyer and his wife had come to the hospital because their cat was scheduled to have surgery.
