Born in Rock Island,
OK, August 4, 1930
and departed from this
world peacefully in her
sleep January 5, 2013.
Survived by family and
friends, Wanda touched
many lives working at
Hillcrest Hospital Tulsa
as a Surgical Technician
from the mid 1960’s
until the late 1980’s. She
then worked at Doctors
Hospital for a few years.
In lieu of flowers, please

to: Infinity Hospice and/
or St. Francis Hospice.
The family would like to
send their thanks to the
employees of Woodland
Terrace Assisted Living,
Right at Home, Infinity
Care and St. Francis
Hospital Hospice for the
