Letter to the Editor: Truly defenseless

Re: The letter ("Accessories," Jan. 1) by John B. Wolf, minister emeritus of All Souls Unitarian Church, concerning "gun lobbies: "The National Rifle Association, and all and any who would arm our citizenry to the teeth in the name of freedom."
Wolf believes it is time to call out those who should be morally indicted for their complicity in the "slaughter of innocents" He makes no mention of those who systematically and methodically murder innocents who have never drawn a breath.
Millions of the unborn are slaughtered every year and no outcry from the anti-gun crowd concerning the truly defenseless.
