A Texas man was arrested on an allegation that he raped a 16-year-old girl.

Jeremy Montrelle Johnson, 23, of Fort Worth, was booked into the Tulsa Jail Friday on a first-degree rape complaint, according to jail records.

Johnson is accused of forcing himself on the 16-year-old victim at a residence in the 100 block of West Union Street in Broken Arrow, an arrest report states.

The victim told police that Johnson, a friend of a relative, raped her while on a couch, the report said.

The girl then positively identified Johnson to investigators as the man who assaulted her, police said.

Johnson remains in the Tulsa Jail with bail set at $50,000.
