Sept 14, 1939 - Jan. 4, 2013 Born to LW Carpenter and Opal Scrogum in Ulysses, KS. He was adopted by Jacob and Katherine Bundy. Roy passed away peacefully with his loving family at home in Greenville, SC. He was a former resident of Tulsa. Dad proudly served in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman Second Class. Most of his life was spent on the road escorting and driving heavy haul loads, touching the lives of many. He is survived by his children Jerry Bundy; Barry Bundy; Tonya Lucas; Michelle Wiens; and Sydney Hatley; 3 brothers, 4 sisters, 11 grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild, many friends and was predeceased by 1 brother. An informal Memorial will take place in Rifle, CO in June, 2013. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in his name.
