V.L. “Buddy” Roberts, 62, born February 2, 1950 entered into the eternal life January 13, 2013. Buddy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing, watching his grandkids play sports and was a die-hard OU football fan. He is survived by his wife Sharron of the home. Sons Tracey and wife Tialeesa, Dustin, Chris and Travis Stuteville. Daughters Marleen and husband Randall Shugart and Sammie Goebel. 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brothers Charles and wife Margie, Mark and wife Rita. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Father, five sisters and one daughter. Viewing will be Wednesday, January 16, from 11am-8pm, at Christian- Gavlik Funeral Home, Broken Arrow. Family visitation will be Thursday, January 17, from 6-8pm at Griffin Memorial Chapel, Ardmore. Services will be held Friday, January 18, at 2:00pm, in Ardmore. Interment will be at Cole Cemetery. This obituary was published in the Tulsa World on 1/16/2013.
