Basketball: OSU's Smart gains midseason All-America honor

Oklahoma State freshman guard Marcus Smart was named to the Sporting News' midseason All-America team. Smart is joined on the first team by Michigan sophomore Trey Burke, Kansas freshman Ben McLemore, Creighton junior Doug McDermott, and Duke senior Mason Plumlee. Smart is averaging 14.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists a game for the Cowboys.
