Say Hello to two new series and bye-bye to a sci-fi fan favorite this weekend.

Hello Manhattan

In case you missed the debut of "The Carrie Diaries" - which drew "Gossip Girl"-sized ratings for CW on Monday - you can catch the pilot episode at 8 p.m. Thursday on channel 19, cable 12.

AnnaSophia Robb stars as 16-year-old Carrie Bradshaw who finds her "home" when her mother dies and her father offers her a chance to intern in Manhattan. It's love at first sight for Bradshaw and New York City.

Like the older "Sex & the City" Carrie, this one has great friends, fashion sense and an amazing ability to marvel at the big world. Unlike the original Carrie, there is way less sex.

Farewell, 'Fringe'

Fox's fan-favorite sci-fi series "Fringe" wraps its fifth and final season at 7 p.m. Friday with a two-hour finale on channel 23, cable 5.

In the last episode, the Fringe team launches a desperate plan that takes Olivia on an otherworldly journey into the unknown. In the end, Peter, Olivia, Walter, Astrid and Broyles face off against the Observers in one last, extraordinary battle to save mankind. Murder most foul

Jack the Ripper's reign of terror in Victorian London's Whitechapel district is over, but murders continue in the new BBC America series "Ripper Street," premiering at 8 p.m. Saturday on cable 176.

Matthew Macfadyen ("Pride & Prejudice"), Jerome Flynn ("Game of Thrones"), Adam Rothenberg ("Alcatraz") and MyAnna Buring ("The Twilight Saga") star in this drama about a detective and his team who must be vigilant against any who would disturb the calm of the city. The eight-part series is loosely based on real characters and events.

Collusion

With Emily by his side, Daniel goes head to head with his fiercest business rival to land an important deal that Victoria is determined to block in a new episode of "Revenge," airing at 8 p.m. Sunday on ABC, channel 8.

Also in the episode, Aiden takes a dark turn and Jack and Amanda's future lands in the hands of Conrad Grayson.
