Tulsa City Hall, the Tulsa County Courthouse and other government offices will be closed Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
- Public safety and mission-critical operations, however, will operate as normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem can call the city's 24-hour emergency number, 918-596-9488.
- Residential refuse, recycling, yard waste and bulky waste will be collected Monday according to the regular schedule.
- The city's green waste disposal site, 10401 E. 56th St. North, will be closed Monday.
- The Animal Welfare Shelter, 3031 N. Erie Ave., will be closed Monday.
- Park recreation centers will be closed Monday. Mohawk and Page Belcher golf courses will be open.
- The Tulsa Zoo will be open.
- Gilcrease Museum will be closed according to its regular schedule.
- Tulsa Performing Arts Center administrative offices will be closed Monday.
- Tulsa Transit bus service will operate Monday.
- All Tulsa City-County Library locations will be closed Monday.
Monday is a federal bank holiday but some area banks will be open, while others will be closed.
- Bank of Oklahoma's traditional branches will be closed Monday, but its grocery store branches will be open normal hours.
- Arvest Bank branches are open on Monday. Others, including First Oklahoma Bank, will be closed, as will be all Chase branches.
