Tulsa police are seeking the driver of a pickup after a pedestrian was struck and hospitalized on Monday.
A 25-year-old man was crossing from the south side of Admiral Boulevard at 71st East Avenue with his dog when a westbound Chevrolet hit the man and drove off around 8:45 p.m., said Officer Jillian Roberson.
The victim was transported to a hospital and admitted to the intensive care unit with head and other injuries, she said.
Witnesses told police they were unable to see the driver or if there were passengers in the vehicle, but they described the pickup’s color as primer gray.
Roberson said the pickup will have damage to its front passenger’s side.
