Man hit 11-month-old, child's mother, Oklahoma City police say

OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City man is in jail Wednesday after police said he hit an 11-month-old child and the child's mother Tuesday night.
David Charles Sheehan, 34, was arrested on complaints of a parent engaging in child abuse and domestic abuse in the presence of a child.
Police responded to a domestic call about 11 p.m. at a home in the 8300 block of Arlington Drive, according to a police report.
A woman in the home told police that Sheehan had been drinking most of the day and was upset about something.
