Conference USA dates won’t be determined until February, but as it pertains to six home opponents and six road opponents, the 2013 University of Tulsa football schedule has more definition.

The defending C-USA champion Golden Hurricane has league home games against Marshall, Rice and two first-year conference members – North Texas and Texas-San Antonio. In road games, TU visits East Carolina, Louisiana Tech, Tulane and UTEP.

The Tulsa nonconference schedule is firm. The Hurricane opens at Bowling Green on Aug. 31, then hosts Colorado State on Sept. 7, visits Oklahoma on Sept. 14 and hosts Iowa State on Sept. 21.

Having faced Iowa State twice in 2012 – in the opener at Ames and in the Liberty Bowl – the Hurricane will have clashed with the Cyclones three times within a span of 13 months.
