Man killed in Rogers County crash

CLAREMORE – A 24-year-old man died after his car struck an embankment and burst into flames early Thursday.
Christopher James Ketcham of Claremore was driving north on Rogers County Road 4190 when he ran a stop sign at Northeast Akin Road, where the county road ends, and hit an embankment around 12:45 a.m., according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol release.
The 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix Ketcham was driving caught fire, and Ketcham died at the scene, troopers said. Firefighters worked 3½ hours to free his body from the wreckage.
