Tulsa police are investigating a bank robbery in downtown Tulsa on Thursday after a man in a ski mask passed an employee a note and took a single cash drawer full of money.
The man did not imply he had a weapon and left the IBC Bank on the corner of Fifth Street and Main Street immediately after, running southbound on Main, Tulsa Police Cpl. Ron Clark said.
Police are reviewing video of the robbery, which may reveal the man's face despite his mask.
Clark said some of the bank employees thought the man may have revealed his face to speak more clearly.
A customer was in the bank at the time along with several employees, Clark said.
Police described the robber as a white male in his 50s, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, and wearing a gray hat and black sweatshirt.
Anyone with information of the bank robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677).
