Soulfully Southern restaurant opens in Glenpool

Soulfully Southern, a restaurant featuring home-style Southern food, has opened at 13831 S. Casper St. in Glenpool.
Among the featured dishes are catfish, cornmeal-breaded fried chicken, sweet potatoes and collard greens.
The restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, and it stays open for dinner on Fridays.
Hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, and noon-4 p.m. Sunday.
Owners are Kim and Jeffrey Jordan, and Demitra Hammon.
The restaurant is located just off the 141st Street exit on U.S. 75.
