Hostess Brands asks judge to approve March claims cutoff

Hostess Brands Inc. asked a judge to set March 21 as the cutoff date to bring claims against the bankrupt bakery.
The company said in a filing that it will allow local unions to file workers’ claims and that it has 372 collective-bargaining agreements with the unions.
