A man who is accused of inappropriately touching several women at stores in Tulsa was charged Friday with four counts of sexual battery.
Brandon Earl James, 24, was also charged in Tulsa County District Court with lewd molestation of a minor and assault with intent to commit sexual battery.
The alleged crimes spanned from Nov. 21 through Jan. 17, according to the charges.
James was arrested Jan. 17 after a woman at a store in the area of 81st Street and Sheridan Road said he had grabbed her buttocks.
James was also thought by police to be responsible for several cases of sexual battery in the area of 41st Street and Yale Avenue.
Police had released a sketch in early January of a man who groped women at the Southroads Shopping Center at 41st and Yale and approached a woman at Whiteside Park in the 4000 block of South Pittsburg Avenue.
James was still in Tulsa Jail as of Friday evening.
