The Cowgirls are seeking their second Big 12 road win this season and a fourth consecutive victory at Allen Fieldhouse.
OSU, which beat the Jayhawks 76-59 in Stillwater on Jan. 8, last swept Kansas in the regular season in 1991.
In Wednesday's loss at Kansas State, Liz Donohoe extended her free-throw streak to 40 straight makes, tying a school record set by Andrea Riley in 2006.
Tiffany Bias is 14 assists from becoming the third player in program history to reach 500 for her career, and Toni Young needs four rebounds to become the fourth Cowgirl to record 900.
On Wednesday, Young scored 22 points to surpass 1,500 for her career.
