Once again, OETA is targeted for zero-funding. The latest proposal, by Rep. Tom Newell, would cut appropriations by 20 percent a year with nothing left by 2018.

Wants to legalize deep discounts and Black Friday sales by striking a state law that requires retailers to sell for at least 6 percent more than they paid.

Radical thought: Prices set at the marketplace instead of the Capitol.

Rep. Josh Cockroft

Proposes cutting a quarter of state funding to the Oklahoma Arts Council every year until nothing is left in 2017.
