McGladrey LLP appointed John Parnell as systems engineer and senior network consultant.
Architecture
King Architectural Solutions hired Chelsea Laney as designer. She graduated from Oklahoma State University.
Consulting
Hogan Assessment Systems named Michael Sanger as consultant on Hogan's Global Alliances team. Linsy Shroder also joined Hogan as a consultant on its Global Alliances team. Steve Jackson joined Hogan as infrastructure manager. Natalie O'Neal is Hogan's new marketing coordinator. Valerie Stone is Hogan's new brand manager.
Development
Kendall Whittier Main Street hired Ed Sharrer as new executive director. A former planner with the city of Tulsa, he has a bachelor's in marketing from the University of Tulsa and a master's from the Urban Design Studio at the University of Oklahoma.
Financial
Security Bank promoted Dawne Stafford to president and chief financial officer. Gil Eacret and Scott Wilson were promoted to senior vice president in commercial lending. Stafford graduated from Missouri State University. Eacret has a degree from Northeastern State University. Wilson is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
F&M Bank and Trust Co. hired Gaylyn Haynes as vice president and mortgage production manager. Doug DeJarnette was promoted to senior vice president and executive director-private bank and mortgage. David Laughlin was promoted to senior vice president and president of F&M Mortgage.
Law
Doerner Saunders Daniel & Anderson named David H. Herrold as new managing partner. Herrold practices primarily in commercial litigation, fiduciary liability and bankruptcy-related matters.
Fellers Snider named David Woodral as a shareholder in the firm. He is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property law. Woodral has a bachelor's in computer engineering and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
GableGotwals named Rania A. Nasreddine a shareholder in the Tulsa office. Her commercial litigation experience includes representing several major energy clients and assisting with contractual issues. She has a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Emory University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.
