Authorities investigate death of Ardmore man

SPRINGER — Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead in a field in rural Carter County.
Sheriff Ken Grace said a passerby discovered the body of the man near Springer on Saturday afternoon. Grace tells the Daily Ardmoreite that it appears the man had been stabbed multiple times.
The sheriff identified the victim as Jeremy Kildow of Ardmore.
Authorities said Kildow's body will be sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine an official cause of death.
Authorities said no arrests have been made.
