Police: Sex crimes suspect may have been involved in similar incidents in suburbs

A man Tulsa police are searching for in connection with several recent sex crimes now believe he committed similar offenses in Broken Arrow and Bixby.
The Tulsa Police Department Sex Crimes Unit said Monday the incidents occurred in the area of 71st Street and Memorial Drive, including one where the man allegedly exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl.
He is also suspected of committing similar crimes in the Woodland Hills Mall parking lot, and inside nearby businesses, police said.
Authorities said the man entered a business in the 10300 block of South Memorial Drive in Bixby Jan. 23 and assaulted a female employee.
Police said a suspect fitting a similar description attacked another female employee at a Broken Arrow business in the 1700 block of North Ninth Street on Jan. 26.
Broken Arrow police said the man could also have been connected to a robbery and sexual assault.
The suspect is described as white, 25 to 35 years of age, 6 feet with brown hair and a stocky build.
He has also been seen wearing orange sweat pants and an orange or black baseball cap, police said.
Police said the man was observed in a light 4-door vehicle that had paint damage following one of the incidents.
