Police arrested four men who reportedly were in a residence at the time of a fatal shooting Monday night.

Dijion Mastin, 18, told police he accidentally shot the victim when he picked up a handgun from a sofa, according to his arrest report.

He was booked into the Tulsa Jail on a complaint of second-degree murder.

A witness told police Mastin fled from the home in the 2400 block of North Boston Place after Dujuan Wilson, 19, was shot in the upper torso about 8:45 p.m.

Officers found Deandre Marquis Overstreet, 21; Ronald Anthony Tolbert, 23; and Christopher Paul Williams, 21, in the residence when they arrived to investigate the shooting, according to arrest reports.

The witness said Wilson opened the front door before falling to the ground, the reports state.

Overstreet, Tolbert and Williams then gathered around the man, according to the statement.

Wilson was hospitalized in critical condition and died at St. John Medical Center, police said Monday.

Police said Tuesday morning that they were looking for Mastin to talk to him about the shooting.

Mastin showed up at the Detective Division later Tuesday afternoon to give a statement, according to his arrest report.

Mastin told police that he accidentally shot Wilson when he picked up a .45 caliber handgun from the sofa.

Mastin also said he and Wilson were "close personal friends," according to the report.

Wilson's death was Tulsa's 11th homicide this year.

When questioned by homicide detectives, Overstreet reportedly admitted to being in the home but said he did not witness the shooting.

Tolbert and Williams failed to provide any additional information, the arresting officer wrote.

Overstreet, Tolbert and Williams are in the Tulsa Jail with bail set at $250,000 each on single complaints of accessory to second-degree murder.

Overstreet has a pending felony charge of aggravated assault and battery and pending misdemeanor charges of carrying a weapon and obstructing an officer linked to two 2012 cases.

He pleaded guilty to weapons, traffic and gambling charges in 2010 and 2011.

Mastin faces a pending felony count of false impersonation and several misdemeanor traffic violations from 2012.
