Notes: The Sooners had to work to win at TCU Jan. 9. Aaryn Ellenberg scored 26 points. Joanna McFarland went for 24 points and 11 rebounds. Morgan Hook had 13 points and 12 assists. The Horned Frogs kept pace right to the final minute as Natalie Ventress poured in a career-high 27 points and Zahna Medley posted 11 points and 13 assists. TCU knocked in 12 3-pointers, so OU will want to do a tighter job defending the perimeter. Inside, the Sooners will be challenged by center Latricia Lovings. She blocked nine shots in the Horned Frogs' 53-42 loss at Texas Tech on Sunday. That result kept the Frogs winless in the Big 12 Conference.

OU comes in with a 5-2 league mark after falling at No. 1 Baylor last Saturday. The Sooners trail the 8-0 Bears and 6-2 Tech in the conference standings. Ellenberg, McFarland and Hook continue to set the pace with their scoring, rebounding and floor command, respectively. Ellenberg scored 33 points in OU's loss at Baylor, while McFarland had 12 points and 16 rebounds. The Sooners kept Brittney Griner from taking over the game - she fouled out with 15 points - but couldn't match Baylor's balanced firepower. Six Bears scored in double figures.
