The teams are set for this weekend's Super Bowl: San Francisco 49ers vs. Baltimore Ravens. Kickoff is set: 5:30 p.m. Sunday. But where will fans be watching the game, and what will they be eating?

Sports bars everywhere will be packed on Sunday. One of Tulsa's busiest spots will be Leon's on the Restless Ribbon in Brookside, at 3301 S. Peoria Ave., where manager Ashley Boyd knows her customers will pick a spot and stay there for the whole game.

"A lot of people will come in and order drinks and appetizers before the game, then order entrees around halftime," Boyd said. "We expect a lot out of our servers on that day, because it's a day where they have the same customers for hours, and they can really get to know those customers and make sure they have a good time and enjoy the game."

We asked Boyd "What are you ... stocking up on for the game?"

"More of everything," she said with a chuckle.

... really stocking up on for the big game?

We'll go through lots of bottled beer and lots of wings, and we have quite a variety, from original buffalo wings to honey Sriracha-flavored. But one of our biggest sellers is the brick-oven pizzas. My favorite is the Brooksider with pepperoni, sausage, roasted garlic, black olives and onions and peppers.

... also expecting to be a big seller at Leon's during the game?

Our sandwiches, like the Nancy Lopez, the Jim Thorpe, the Shannon Miller. They're named after local sports heroes, and our most popular sandwich is probably the Matt Holliday, which has a chicken breast covered with avocado, bacon, cheddar and ranch.

... expecting to be different about a Super Bowl-watching crowd?

We get a lot of football-watchers all season long, but the Super Bowl crowd can be a little more subdued, with some people for this team or the other. For sure, Bedlam is the loudest game, with our OU and OSU regulars coming in and people cheering loud for both teams.

... doing for fun in Tulsa on your days off?

I like to go to the movies. I like to bowl down at the Dust Bowl Lanes, and I like to play games at the Max Retropub.

... watching at the movies or on TV?

I saw "Django Unchained" and "Silver Linings Playbook." I like serious movies, but I knew that those had comedy to them, as well. As for TV, I am a "Law & Order" junkie, and "SVU" is my favorite.

... eating out when you're not at work at Leon's?

I really like to go downtown to eat. If you haven't been to Back Alley Blues & BBQ, their macaroni-and-cheese is so good, and the barbecue is really good, too. I'm a brisket girl.

... telling a customer who comes into Leon's on Sunday evening and asks that a TV be changed to another channel away from the Super Bowl?

On Super Bowl Sunday, we can't do it. Not that day, sorry.
