Really? 1) $905 for two spa treatments; 2) $35,190 for floral arrangements; 3) $23,875 for employee fitness classes; 4) $8,000 for two catered retirement parties; 5) $11,344 for room rental fee for two parties; 6) $1,300 casino-style entertainment for the parties; 7) $2,412 for beverages and margarita machine for the two parties; 8) $695 for starting a soft ball league; 9) 33 percent of the meetings canceled by the board members.

The EMSA board needs to go. EMSA Director Steve Williamson needs to be fired immediately (he can become a party planner) and then Tulsans' utility bills can be decreased.

The EMSA board reportedly is "digging deeper into the conclusions of the audit" - at the expense of the public; too little too late. The EMSA house needs to be cleaned; I wouldn't trust the folks at EMSA to do more than plan a party.
