Randall Scott Pickard, age 54, resident of Tulsa, OK passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at his home in Tulsa, OK. Mr. Pickard was born on September 28, 1958 in Orange, CA and was the son of Ivan and Doris (Rowen) Pickard. Mr. Pickard graduated from the O.W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University. He married Amy Wright on May 12, 1979 in Dallas, Oregon. Mr. Pickard practiced law in Tulsa for 30 years and was of counsel with the Drummond Law Firm. Mr. Pickard was a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Providence Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Tulsa. Mr. Pickard is survived by his wife, Amy Heather Pickard; his 7 children, Justin Wright Pickard and wife, Leah, Nathan Ivan Pickard and wife, Kristin, Heather Brooke (Pickard) Belanger and husband, David, Caroline Grace Pickard, Kevin Bryce Pickard, Arianna Joy Pickard and Braden Lawrence Pickard; 9 grandchildren, his 4 brothers, Gary Pickard, Duane Pickard, Ray Pickard and Cory Pickard; his 5 sisters, Iva Ballard, Peggy Johnson, Pearl Grace Cornell, Sophie Colburn and Sharon Osborn; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Mr. Pickard was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Bill and Galen. A memorial service for Mr. Pickard will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, February 1, 2013 at Fellowship Bible Church, 5434 East 91st Street, Tulsa, OK. Rev. Jim Stevenson and Rev. Joe Auksela will officiate the service. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Pickard to Providence Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 9014 S Darlington Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137.
