Tulsa man facing charges for allegedly making indecent proposals to teenage girl

Charges were filed against a Tulsa man accused of making several indecent proposals to a teenage girl over a six-month period last year.
Ralph Leslie Rousch, 50, was charged Friday in Tulsa County District Court with three counts of lewd or indecent proposal to a child, court filings show.
Between March 20 and Aug. 25, prosecutors allege Rousch made several sexual proposals to a 14-year-old girl.
In one instance, Rousch allegedly told the girl he desired to have sex with her, court documents state. He later contacted her again and asked her to perform a sexual act.
Rousch was not in custody as of Saturday.
