Speaker of the House T.W. Shannon
Says there is little taste in the House for bond issues this year and the state needs a pay-as-you-go solution to the Capitol's capital needs.
As the wise man said, he that goes a-borrowing goes a-sorrowing.
Rep. Doug Cox
The emergency room physician says he and Gov. Mary Fallin disagree about accepting Medicaid expansion funding because he deals with the people involved professionally, and she doesn't.
Solution: Move the Governor's Office to the ER or move the waiting room to the Capitol.
Leon Russell
The master of space and time says being featured in a popular culture museum in downtown Tulsa would be great.
Russell: "I normally get arrested in this area, and now I've got a museum."
